02Before you book
What is included
The whole stay comes with bed linen and towels, a fully equipped kitchen, fibre wifi, air conditioning and heating, and use of the pool and the courtyard.
Getting the keys
We meet you at the door and hand over the keys in person. Check-in is from 16:00; just let us know what time you will arrive.
Cancellation
Cancellation is free up to five days before the arrival date, with a full refund. After that point there is no refund. This is the same policy we apply on Airbnb and Booking.

What people ask before booking
- How many people fit?
- El Ático sleeps two. El Principal sleeps four. The Whole House sleeps up to six, with both apartments at once.
- How do we get into the house?
- We let you in ourselves. Once your booking is confirmed we send a WhatsApp number: let us know your arrival time and someone from the house will meet you at the door with the keys and show you how everything works. Check-in is from 16:00, and if you arrive later than planned you can let us know on that same number.
- Is the pool shared?
- It is in the courtyard and shared between the two apartments. If you book the whole house, the pool and courtyard are yours alone.
- Is there somewhere to park?
- The house has a reserved space for guests, two if you book the whole house. For an extra car, the free open area at the entrance to the village is a five-minute walk away.
- Can I cancel?
- Cancellation is free up to five days before the arrival date, with a full refund. After that point there is no refund. This is the same policy we apply on Airbnb and Booking.
- Are pets allowed?
- Pets are not allowed.
- What time do we need to leave the house?
- Check-out is at 11:00. For direct bookings we extend this by one hour, to 12:00, at no extra cost.
- Can we work from the house?
- Both apartments have fibre-optic broadband.
